Career Lab 365 is the HBCU Workforce Innovation Partner.

We partner with colleges and universities, employers, corporations, foundations, and
workforce organizations to design and implement employer-connected talent ecosystems
that prepare students for meaningful careers while strengthening workforce outcomes
across communities.

Rather than replacing Career Services, we extend and strengthen the entire career
readiness ecosystem by working alongside Career Services, academic leadership,
employers, corporate partners, foundations, and community organizations.
Through innovative programming, strategic partnerships, employer engagement, and
measurable outcomes, Career Lab 365 helps institutions prepare career-ready graduates
while helping employers access exceptional talent and helping funders maximize their
investment.
